Our annual Shillim conference has been a reflection and learning forum, where we deliberate as a team on aspects of Hindalco’s culture to become more agile and future-ready. The first three editions of Shillim helped us identify the steps needed to energise ourselves into new and contemporary ways of working that will help us deliver our strategy and grow our business and people.
We are now organising Shillim#4 to explore and deliberate on what we can do to elevate Hindalco to a sustained high performance organisation.
